Easy Homemade Guacamole

Happy Cinco De Mayo! I'm not Mexican, but I love Mexican food so much that you would think that I am!

Of course, were celebrating the holiday with a big Mexican fiesta. I'm going to whip up a batch of fresh homemade guacamole.

Did you know that store-bought guacamole sometimes has guacamole powder in it? No bueno! No need to mess with that stuff. I'll show you how easy it is to make your own guacamole right at home.

The hardest thing about this recipe is cutting and dicing the onions and garlic. Just use a food processor and problem is solved. You can also buy a jar of minced garlic to save time as well.
