Happy 5th Blog Anniversary!

Hey, everyone! It's my Blogiversary! Today my blog turns five and I want to take some time today to share a bit of my blogging journey and just how I got here.

Some of my readers have followed me for a really long time since 2009 to be exact. Back then Entrecard was the way to get blog traffic and I made a few friends along the way. I was into coupons big time and my blog was all about showing my friends and family how to save those dollars.

I've since left my extreme couponing days behind as I felt limited by it. I begin my current journey and started reviewing everyday household products, new foods, and sharing my love for all things beauty. The Coupon Sista then became Stacie Sayz So.

My blog finally began to look like I wanted it to. It was a glimpse into my life and all the things I loved like nail polish, lipsticks, and casual chic fashion.

Which brings me to today. Last August, I changed my blog name from Stacie Sayz So to Stacie Raye in effort to make it more "me". Stacie Raye is a childhood nickname that my dad gave me.

So what can you expect from Stacie Raye this year?

Beauty, Beauty, and more Beauty

Of course, I will stay true to who I am and share my love for new beauty products and trends. It's what this blog is based on so I'll keep it coming.

Reviews for Women of Color

One thing that I would love to explore a bit more is reviewing beauty products specifically for women of color. I'm always trying something new and I don't always share my experience so it's time that I start sharing more.

More Hometown Reviews

This year, I'm going to be featuring more content about the city I love, Minneapolis. I am a foodie at heart and can't wait to share my thoughts on delicious new and local restaurants as well as my favorite places to shop.

So that's it in a nutshell. I am very proud of my accomplishments so far and I can't wait to see what's in store for Stacie Raye!

I want to say a special thank you to all of you who read my blog, whether on occasion or every day.  Your support has been a blessing to me throughout the years!
