Birthday Lunch at American Girl Cafe Mall of America

When my daughter was a young girl she had an American Girl doll. It was something that her grandmother bought her. Of course, when she got older and had a daughter of her own, she wanted to continue the tradition. She bought my G-baby a Bitty Baby to start off with.

So what do little girls with Bitty Babies do on their third birthday? They go to the American Girl Café of course!

We headed to the Mall of America for lunch at the American Girl Café. The store was buzzing with wide-eyed little girls playing with their dolls and other American girl accessories and toys.

Just too cute!

I knew the café would be adorable, but I had no idea that the food would be as good as it was. It was delicious y'all! And it wasn't because I was hungry. It was a little pricey, but that is to be expected at American Girl right? I think I paid around $15 for my food.

Every doll had her own highchair that attached to the table. The waitress brought her very own cup and plate to keep.

The Birthday Girl!

We had a really fun time, even though my Gbaby had a mini meltdown. Maybe she was just a little hangry.

Do you have a daughter with an American Girl Doll? Have you ever been to the American Girl Cafe?

  12. My daughter knows nothing about American Girl dolls. I know they are kinda pricey so I'm a little scared to read the books to her. But I'm sure she will learn about them one day.

  13. Holy cow! They have a restaurant for American Girl Dolls? That's too funny. I am not surprised that they would charge that much for a meal. They probably survive on birthday parties which I would assume occur most often on the weekends. That looks so fun! #ProductReviewParty
