Yep, it's like a tampon and here's how it works.
First make sure to reference the Impressa Sizing Kit to find their most comfortable size. You insert it like you would a tampon and it can be worn for up to 8 hours to prevent leaks triggered by laughing, coughing or sneezing, or exercise. It doesn't absorb urine if that's what your're thinking. Instead, it it gently lifts (or supports) the urethra to help stop leaks before they happen.
