Real Talk
I smoothed it on my face and as soon as I applied it to the skin under my eye and around my nose it burned and looked red.. Darn it! I really wanted this to work. I had to wipe those areas immediately but I let the rest stay on for about five minutes. I rinsed the rest off and applied my moisturizer. The irritated areas still burned a bit a few minutes afterwards.
As for the rest of my face, well...it felt fine and I even noticed that it looked brighter. Honestly, I may have to avoid the area under my eyes when it comes to facial treatments just to be on the safe side.
Have you tried a no burn facial peel? Do you experience burning or have sensitive skin areas like me?

That sucks this product burns. My face burns easily too. Sometimes I let it burn until I can't take it anymore, so I wash it off. #ProductReviewParty
ReplyDeleteI know! I try to keep it on as long as I can too, but it ends up only being a minute or so.
DeleteYeah, I guess you'll just have to avoid those areas, but otherwise it does sound like something I'm interested in trying! #Productreviewparty
ReplyDeleteRight! Going forward, no peel around the eyes!
DeleteI have used peels in the past and I don't really like the after affects and how my skin physically peels for days afterwards. Did you experience that as well? #Productreviewparty
ReplyDeleteOoh no, no peeling of skin. That would really stink!
DeleteThank you Suzie!
