Date night. It's important that married folks still make the time to date each other. My husband and I like to occasionally go see a movie. I like to dress up a bit and wear something that I feel pretty in. My husband on the other hand is fine with wearing sweats and I usually have to make him change. Guess he's a simple kind of guy.

But since I want to look nice for our date, this calls for a little shopping. As if I need a reason. I headed to Walmart to grab everything I need for a quick and easy make up look.

All it takes is a little bit of makeup to transform yourself into an evening look. And you don't have to have a beat face to do so. Below, are a few simple make up tips that will have you looking fresh and movie ready in no time!

Movie Night Make Up Tips

1. I'm starting off with Maybelline Dream Fresh BB Cream since I don't really wear foundation. I want a smooth looking face and a BB Cream will give me all the coverage I need.

2. Now onto the lashes! I don't bother wearing fake lashes, they're too cumbersome for me. I just apply Maybelline The Falsies Push Up Drama mascara. It's cup-shaped bristles scoop, coat, and lift your lashes giving them the dramatic volume of a 45 degree lift. The patented push-up brush has cup-shaped bristles which scoop lashes up from the roots which coats and lifts them.

3. Don't forget your eyebrows. Nowadays, it super easy to shape your brows. Here, I'm using
Maybelline Brow Precise in Deep Brown to help tame my eyebrows and give them more shape.

4. Lastly, apply your favorite shade of lipstick. Above, I'm wearing Maybelline Deepest Cherry Lipstick. A simple swipe of color on your lips will transform your whole look.

Now I am ready for a fun night at the movies!
