Macy's Back To School Shopping Party Recap

Last Saturday, I headed to the Rosedale Macy's to take a look at the Fall teen trends that were showcased during the Macy's Back To School Shopping Party.

Guests enjoyed mini make overs, sips and sweets, and a DJ spinning the latest tunes. Waiters walked around with plenty of pink and red mini cupcakes with a Pomegranate punch that I could not get enough of.

The oh so popular Lindsey Herzog of  Ruby Girl, helped young ladies style cute bandannas.

Love these riding boots!

The 90's Grunge look is making a comeback for Fall.

Western prints and plaid are also big Fall fashion trends.

This was my favorite look of the event! Isn't she adorable?

Do you shop at Macy's for back to school? What do you think of the Western and 90's Grunge Fall trends?

  1. Yes, we visited Macy's when we were in the city for back to school. We mostly got essentials but, when sales really start happening I know we'll be picking up a few new outfits. I don't prefer western / more boho. The grunge looks a little up dated. Cute outfit you shared. Love the last outfit too. Looks like it was a fun shopping party.

    1. The last one is the best to me. The sheerling vest is cute, maybe for someone younger.

  2. I personally do not like the latest trends. I prefer classic looks. I'm pretty sure my younger daughter would LOVE these looks though.

  10. Who doesn't love Macy's?!?! Even though my son mostly wears a uniform for school I still head to Macy's to keep up with the trends (more for myself lol). I do get his hoodies and Levi's from there when they're on sale too.

  14. I can do a little western as accessories. No cowboy hat for me though. That would be to over the top.
