When I was a young girl in the sixth grade, I can remember being separated from the boys and watching a movie about our bodies and the monthly cycles to come. Let's just say I was none to happy about the inevitable. When the dreaded day finally came, I was not a happy camper. Not one bit! Thankfully, I really don't remember suffering from PMS symptoms like cramps or mood changes. I'm sure I did, I just didn't recognize them or they weren't as bad as the girls around me.
Now that I am older of course, I see these symptoms more regularly. Though I still don't suffer much with cramps, I definitely notice more breast tenderness which makes them feel heavy and sore.
Recently, I found out about Violet Iodine which helps to alleviates symptoms of premenstrual breast discomfort, like swelling, tenderness, aches and heaviness. Whew, thank you!
For the next month, I'm going to be trying Violet Iodine and I'll share my experience here. Hopefully, it will result in pain free girls that aren't so sensitive.
