Peach Cobbler Greek Yogurt Breakfast Parfait

One of favorite things to eat in the morning is a healthy Greek yogurt parfait. I love it you guys. I get sad when I run out of my Chobani.

I usually use banana or another fresh fruit and granola, but I wanted to switch it up a bit and create the sweet spin my usual breakfast.

How about Peach Cobbler? My uncle makes the best! I decided to use some of those same ingredients found in the tradition summer treat and add them to my breakfast.

What you need:

A mason Jar or bowl
1 cup Vanilla flavored Chobani or real Greek yogurt
1 cup sliced peaches drained of juice
1/2 cup of vanilla almond granola (or any flavor you like)
1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg
pinch of cinnamon

Layer the granola first, then add yogurt. A the peaches, and sprinkle on the nutmeg and cinnamon. Top with more granola.

*Buy the way, did you know not all Greek Yogurt is created the same? Some yogurts claim to be Greek but they only have fillers like corn starch to thicken them. You end up missing out on all the protein that you can only find in real Greek yogurt. I learned that one from Dr. Oz!
