Easy Weeknight Dinner: Buffalo Chicken Wraps

As a mom, I am constantly looking for easy dinner recipes to feed my family.  Cooking isn't may favorite thing in the world to do, but hey someone's gotta do it, right?

One of my go to recipes when I'm pressed for time, or just don't feel like slaving over hot stove, is to make Buffalo Chicken Wraps.  I got the idea from my blog friend Latricia of 1stopmom when she shared this idea years ago.  I have been making it ever since!

My spin is that I actually purchase most of my ingredients from ALDI.  I save so much money this way.  It only costs me less than $10 to prepare this easy meal.

You'll need:

Buffalo Chicken tenders
Tortillas
Lettuce
Block or shredded cheese
Ranch or Blue Cheese dressing

Directions:

Cook chicken tenders according to package.  Microwave tortillas just until warm.  Place tender in middle of tortilla and add lettuce, cheese, and dressing.  Eat!  Serve with baby carrots for a quick, nutritious meal.
