One of my go to recipes when I'm pressed for time, or just don't feel like slaving over hot stove, is to make Buffalo Chicken Wraps. I got the idea from my blog friend Latricia of 1stopmom when she shared this idea years ago. I have been making it ever since!
My spin is that I actually purchase most of my ingredients from ALDI. I save so much money this way. It only costs me less than $10 to prepare this easy meal.
You'll need:
Buffalo Chicken tenders
Tortillas
Lettuce
Block or shredded cheese
Ranch or Blue Cheese dressing
Directions:
Cook chicken tenders according to package. Microwave tortillas just until warm. Place tender in middle of tortilla and add lettuce, cheese, and dressing. Eat! Serve with baby carrots for a quick, nutritious meal.

ReplyDeleteYep! Wraps or tacos, this meal is a winner.
DeleteSounds like a meal my kids will really like. I haven't shopped at ALDI in years. I keep forgetting about it since it's not a store I drive by often compared to where I lived before. I think I'll make this for them soon.
ReplyDeleteThis is definitely a wrap that my kids would love. I may have to try this out on one of my days when I'm too busy to cook.
