It's been almost two weeks since I went to the Bloggy Bootcamp event in Minneapolis. Ever since I learned I wouldn't be able to attend BlogHer 13, I sought after some sort of replacement. I could do what I always did every year and attend the MN Blogger Conference. Then I heard that BBC was coming to Minneapolis. Woot woot!
The day arrived and I was thrilled to be a part of it. The event itself was small and intimate which allowed for us to be transparent about our blogs.
Tiffany Romero shared a wealth of knowledge with us. Oh and did I mention this gal was funny? Francesca Banducci taught us all about SEO and facebook. Danielle Smith rocked her presentation on YouTube and using video to enhance your blog.
We wrapped up our day with an important reminder to Power Down. Turn your computer off. Go to bed! Don't stay up all night trying to get your blog deadlines met. It may cost you your family, and can even effect your life!
At the end of the conference, we met for a fun cocktail party courtesy of Mirassou Winery.
Have you ever been to a Bloggy Boot Camp before?
looks like a great event. I haven't attended a blogger's conference yet, but I really need to, looks like great fellowship
