About a month ago, I won a Pantene Relaxed & Natural prize package from Jewels Fab Life. There were a lot of bloggers who were doing reviews on these products, but mostly on the natural products. I'm relaxed, so I thought it would be cool to review it and share my thoughts with you.
Pantene is a product I used for years, but it's been a while since I've bought it. I received Pantene Truly Relaxed Intense Moisturizing Shampoo, Lightweight Shampoo, Moisturizing Conditioner, and Oil Creme Moisturizer.

I've been using these three products for almost a month now. The shampoo and condition are both creamy white, and thick. The scent is nice and clean. As I washed my hair, I didn't notice any dryness and the conditioner made my tresses feel smooth. I added to my hair as I blew it dry and when I styled it.
To be honest, I noticed my hair felt dry the next day. I will added more of the moisturizer. But it seems dryer than it normally is. I am 8 weeks post relaxer and my hair is color treated, mind you. I don't really know what it is, it just seems to be dry lately.
Now that I mention this to my daughter, she says it's probably because it has sulfates in it. Hmmm, this could be a reason, but I think I may be over processing my hair. I don't know.
Do you use Pantene Hair Products? If not, what do you use?
*Just so you know, I was in no way obligated to write about these products. I did it for the fun of it.
It's interesting that you say your hair seems dry. I have been using Pantene's new BB cream for the hair and it started out being the best thing I ever tried. My hair was soft and luxurious. Then I bought the matching shampoo and conditioner and my hair felt like straw! I am very disappointed :/
ReplyDeleteWeird! It seems like at one time I could use Pantene, but not so much now.
