We've been having unusually cool weather around here. Mid Seventies with low humidity has been the theme for the past week or so. Perfect weather. Perfect for grilling!
I'm sure your thinking about burgers, brats, ribs, and corn on the cob. But how about trying something different. How about grilled Pizza!
I received a gift pack from MyBlogSpark to try Pillsbury Pizza Crust on the grill. So off I went to the Pillsbury website to look for some recipes since I had no idea how to grill a pizza. I decided on trying the Grilled Sausage & Pepper pizza.
It looked simple enough but I forgot to take the dough off the foil. Oops.
Then, my silly charcoal went cold. Probably because I used a small bargain bag. Never doing that again.
I had to bring the pizza dough inside to cook the traditional way.
Here are the results of my half- grilled pizza. Still tasted great like I expected it would. Maybe you'll have more success grilling it than I did.

I imagine as long as the lid is closed you would get the same result as an oven. I can't seeing it working too well if the lid is open though.
