The Holidays bring out the baker in me. I always look for new recipes to try. My latest is Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bread and boy is it good! At first I wasn't sure how the two ingredients would taste together, but I tell ya, it works.
Here's the ingredients:
- 1/2
- cup butter, softened
- 1
- cup granulated sugar
- 2
- eggs
- 1
- cup canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
- 2
- cups Gold Medal® all-purpose flour
- 1
- teaspoon baking soda
- 1
- teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1
- teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2
- cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
(Borrowed from Betty Crocker website.)
First, gather all your ingredients.
Your mix will look like this.
Spread it out in a baking dish like so.
The finished results. Doesn't it look good.
So what have you been baking lately?
It looks yummy!! I just finished making Claire's Turtle graham bars from the food network website. I am horrible at baking so this seemed like an easy one for me!
ReplyDeleteLooks Yummy. I don't add butter to mine. I have to try that! I made Blondies last week for the first time.
ReplyDeleteWow Herlinda, that sounds so good!
ReplyDeleteNicole, I've never made Blondies before because my boys can't eat nuts.
